Most of you do already know that my color scheme is entirely monochrome. In the summertime, I mostly wear light pink, white and beiges. And in the winter I wear grays and blacks. Esther dressed in a red dress is a very rare momentum. When I saw the dress, I knew that this is my little red dress. So I tried it on and loved it.
The red dress and the mythos
When ever a woman wore a red dress instantly she gained all the attention from all people around. It doesn’ t matter if we are thinking of a celebrity on the red carpet or stage or the single co-worker on the company Christmas-party. From the perspective of a woman, I can only tell that the dress is beautiful and yes the color is bright and calls for attention. But I do not get the point that for a man, a woman wearing a red dress is extraordinary.
My personal experience dressed in a red dress
For work, I wear dresses a lot. Many of them have the same shape and are body-hugging. Sometimes, I recognize that men and women like to look at a woman in a cute dress. Some are even complimenting me on the beautiful dress I am wearing. That is fine with me. The day I wore this red dress the first time was something different.
I styled it as seen in the pictures as a daytime look. And the people were staring at me. Men and woman. This was my first experience with the dress. Nevertheless, I only wear the dress now when I feel okay people starring at me 🙂
I love to style my handbags with a little Twilly. Here is on with some bright colors.
